More customers and more dealers is what Landmeco has been successful with in recent years, and this growth will continue in the coming years.
The positive development has led to the establishment of a new sales group at the head office in Ølgod, consisting of the three sales coordinators Nina Madsen, Heidi Sørensen and Peter Buhl, sales manager for the Danish market Hans Klemmensen and Rune Thomsen, international sales support specialist.
With these five, Landmeco now has a group that combines experience and knowledge of customers, dealers and, not least, practical knowledge of Landmeco’s products and the administrative and coordinating work of getting the right products sent to the right people at the right time.
‘When a customer previously called and needed a specific spare part or something else, we weren’t always able to give them a quick answer because a spare part can have different names depending on who contacted us. We don’t experience that anymore because Hans and Rune have worked with many of the products themselves,’ says Sales Coordinator Heidi Sørensen.
Nina Madsen, Sales Coordinator, also sees another clear advantage in the establishment of the new team, which will serve customers with new offers and delivery of spare parts.
‘With the growth that Landmeco is experiencing, it has become even more important that we systematise our workflows and tasks even more. And we’ve definitely succeeded with this group,’ she says.
‘At the end of the day, dealers and customers need the correct, best and fastest service in the industry. We have always delivered that, and that will continue with this new group,’ says Nina Madsen, who is also pleased with something as simple as an email address.
‘It may sound a bit strange, but it makes it easier and more flexible to sit in a support group when we have one common email, sales@landmeco.com. That way, customer enquiries end up in the same place and it ensures that the enquiry is dealt with immediately, even if one of us is not at work,’ she says.
